Hi Everyone!
Below is the schedule for this upcoming week. We’ll have group runs this week yet Monday and Wednesday at Hughes Park at 7PM again next week. I will not be there Saturday morning, however.
Next week we’ll have a down week before our official season starts. I will not be posting workouts for next week, and if you’ve been grinding pretty hard the past 8 weeks, then it’ll be smart to take next week off and let that hard training develop. If, however, you’ve been hit-or-miss this summer, then you may want to use this week to get a few more miles in before we start on August 12.
So that makes this my last post for the summer. We will start practice on August 12 at 8AM at the concessions stand near the track. Practices will be until 10:15 – 10:30AM for that first week. School will start the following week on August 19 and we’ll start practices after school at that point.
